Floating and sinking

Today we went down the pool to test my boat with my class my teacher filled my boat with water so it was more dents. when we got down to the pool i got told to put it in it started to sink but the only bit that floated was was the top caps of the bottle because it had a little bit of air at the top we pulled it out then put it in for another test then it started to roll over then the bottom started to be the top then we went back to class and put the boat up.

Taumaere

Taumarere is a locality in Northland, New Zealand. State Highway 11 runs through the area. The Kawakawa River runs through Taumarere into the Bay of Islands. The town of Kawakawa is 3 km to the southwest. Paihia is 14 km to the north.

St. Andrew's Church originally stood on the site of the Church Missionary Society's Paihia Mission Station. In 1927 the building was transported by barge and bullock waggon to its present site.


Back in the days the old train that runs Taumarere use to transport coal to ships.But now it cant go over the brige to opua. There also where coal mines that gave coal to the train but now there no more coal mines i wonder why are there no more coal maybe it is because gas is being used in more things like cars or gas heater.     

Kapa Haka

On Saturday 17 of November my school Kawakawa primary school kapa haka group went to perform at  Maranga Mai E Te iwi regionals they were incredible they came 3rd for intermediate and 4th to go to nationals. and I was so proud of them I wish I could watch it in person again. The thing I enjoyed was the waiata-a-ringa the song for Mrs Lemon it sounded so specialty when Tyler sung a solo for his naan . The only thing they need to work on is there harmonizing other than that it was amazing but for thews other peopile who want to join there are just more than the haka there are drills and late nights stay ups. 3. getting caught in the storm 

In the holidays i was home by myself so i decided to jump in a game of fortnite i loaded up my console and jumped in a game of solo. I wanted to land in a place called salty springs i heard a sound it sounded like Christmas bells but when busted the wall down it was a chest full of lot the could be useful to me so i picked it up and started to pick any thing else that i could. I found a big blue shield i saved it because i knew that if you find little mines you can drink them first because i will give you a full bar of shield.     

I found one person that looked like a noob i was shooting him multiple times but he didn't get knocked down until both bars where gone when i killed him he exploded with loot and resources then i moved on to find someone else that had good loot i got shoot from a tactical shotgun but i had shield and he didn't have that much shield then i did and i ended up getting the kill.



After trying to find more loot i just realized that the storm was coming and would stop in two minutes that the storm would stop so i had go a long way. I did not have any mates or meds to heal up so my life got taken. then i had to start a nother  macth.

Adding decimals

Today For Math i was doing desamels  we did + & x i have not nailed it yet but i will master it by the end of the year and other math. the easy part was adding them from the right to the left. the hard part was trying to find out where you put hundreds ones points then adding them up.

Fun Run

Last Friday Kawakawa Primary School went down to the United Kawakawa Rugby Club. We went down on a train to the club it was very long but fun when we got there I started to see where we had to run. Also I started to ask who the compaction because i was very nerves but when i started to ask i said to my self threes nothing to worry about because its just a fun run but i herd from my deputy printable the top five go to inter school. My parents said if i come first i would get my iPad back  then i really had to challenge myself to go to inter schools. Before we started it took awhile because we took photos. Then matua boding said behind the line ready set go then i bolted down the rocks and left them i my dust .I was almost going to slow down but when i saw people trying to catch up i couldn't let them pass me not while i by last  bit of the race i jumped over the tires and got a lot of colorful dust thrown at me then it was a race to the line of first spot lucky i checked behind me i moved my legs as fast as i can i managed to get first spot then that was the end of race i was so exhausted.
